Chūgoku Area : Train Status Information

Between Tuesday, January 14 and Friday, January 17, Akō Line: performing Line concentrated construction at night between Higashi-Okayama Station and Osafune/Bizen-Katakami Station.
For this reason, the following trains will be canceled on some sections and alternative transportation will be provided.

• Banshū-Akō Station (departing at 21:27) Bizen-Katakami Station (departing at 21:54) Okayama (arriving at 22:41) between Bizen-Katakami Station and Higashi-Okayama Station
• Osafune Station (departing at 22:59) Higashi-Okayama Station (departing at 23:19) Okayama (arriving at 23:29) between Osafune Station and Okayama Station
*Replacement transportation will take longer than trains, so regular trains will not be connected.

At about 4:34, San-yō Line: The train hit an animal between Hongō Station and Kōchi Station, so the train and train tracks were checked.For this reason, some trains are delayed by 5 to 20 minutes.

Gantoku Line: The following trains are canceled on the following sections to conduct track maintenance work between Iwakuni Station and Tokuyama Station on January 14 and 17.

• Train departing Tokuyama Station at 13:48, arriving at Iwakuni Station at 15:06 between Tokuyama Station and Iwakuni Station
*No alternative bus or taxi transport is provided between Iwakuni Station and Tokuyama Station.

It is expected to snow on Imbi Line today (January 17).
For this reason, train services may be delayed, sudden changes in destinations, and canceled.

Due to heavy snow, Kisuki Line trains between Izumo-Yokota Station and Bingo-Ochiai Station will be canceled for the time being.
